End of tenancy cleaning by size
End of Tenancy LTD charges £156 for a studio and up to £315 for a four-bed in 2026, at the same rates in London, the Home Counties and the North West, and re-cleans free within 48 hours if the check-out report flags our work.
The size of the property sets the price, and each size includes one bathroom and the hallway: an extra bathroom is £50, a separate WC £22 and each flight of stairs £22. Add-ons come next, if the inventory asks for them, such as a deep oven clean or the carpets. A two-bed in Kensington costs the same £243 as a two-bed in Croydon. Where there is no free parking, or the job is inside the London congestion zone, we add what that costs us and show it in the quote.
