Each visit runs to a room-by-room list you agree with us, for the hours you book, and the time is rounded up to the half hour at the end. Weekly visits cost £1 an hour less than fortnightly ones. Ironing is done inside the booked hours, and a single clean with no regular slot is £26 an hour, or £28 for a deep clean.

Hours × rate. A weekly three-hour visit is 3 × £23 = £69; the same visit every fortnight is 3 × £24 = £72. Every visit is at least three hours.

Regular domestic cleaning
Regular domestic cleaning is a cleaner visiting on a set day, weekly or fortnightly, to work through a checklist you write with us. Most homes want kitchens and bathrooms done properly, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces and skirtings wiped, and the general tidy that keeps a place feeling looked after. We work to your list, so if the spare room is storage and never needs touching, we skip it and spend the time where the home needs it.

Weekly, fortnightly or a one-off
You pick the rhythm. Weekly suits a busy family home, fortnightly works for a couple who keep on top of the basics, and a one-off is fine when you just need the place reset after guests or before a landlord visit. There is no contract tying you in, so you can start regular and drop to a one-off, or step the other way, whenever life changes.
Regular visits usually land on the same day each time, which makes them easy to plan around.

Keeping the same cleaner each visit
We try hard to send the same person every time, and on regular bookings that is what normally happens. Once a cleaner knows your home, they know which surfaces mark, where things live and what you care about most, so each visit gets quicker and the standard holds. If your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday, we will tell you and offer a cover cleaner or a different day, whichever you would rather.

We can bring everything, or use yours if you prefer particular products, which many people do for allergies, pets or stone surfaces. Tell us when you book. If you would like us to supply, we bring cloths, sprays and the usual kit; a working vacuum at the property helps, though we can carry one in if needed.
On regular visits, yes, that is what we aim for. The same cleaner learns your home and keeps the standard steady. When yours is off sick or away, we let you know and arrange cover or move the visit to a day that suits you better.
Plenty of clients are out at work. You can leave a key in a key safe, post one to a neighbour, or hand one over at the first visit, and we lock up properly when we leave. Just share any alarm code so nothing goes off while we are inside.
Yes, three hours a visit, with the time rounded up to the half hour at the end. Three hours covers a one or two-bed flat comfortably on a regular rota, and we give you an estimate for a bigger home before you book.
Yes. Tell us as early as you can and we move the visit to a slot that suits you. If a late change leaves us out of pocket we may charge that cost, and we tell you the amount first, as our terms set out.
We do. Ironing, inside the oven, interior windows and sorting the fridge can all go into the booked hours, since the visit is charged by the hour anyway. Mention them when you book so we set aside enough time.
