Houses are priced by size, from £66 outside only for a one-bed to £202 for a six-bed, and from £101 to £290 inside and out. Flats are priced per window by floor, and conservatories on their own. Frames, sills and tracks are part of the clean.

A three-bed house is £113 outside only or £143 inside and out. A first-floor flat with six windows is 6 × £14 = £84 outside, or 6 × £18 = £108 inside and out.

Window cleaning inside and out
A window clean covers the glass, frames and sills we can reach safely, inside and out. A house is priced by its size, from £66 for the outside of a one-bed, and a flat by the window, from £14. We confirm the exact scope once we know your property, because a ground-floor flat and a three-storey house are not the same job. Interior glass is brought to a streak-free finish, and the reachable exterior glass is washed at the same visit where access allows.
Frames, sills and tracks get a wipe as part of the standard clean. If your windows have heavy paint splashes or builder’s residue, tell us first, since that is closer to a sparkle clean than a routine wash.
Inside, outside, frames and sills
Most jobs cover both sides of the glass. Inside, we clean each pane to a clear, streak-free finish and wipe down the frame, the sill and the runner track where dust and grit collect. Outside, we wash the panes we can reach safely, then deal with the visible frame edges and the outer sill.

Access, from ground floor to high reach
On the outside, a pure-water pole lets us reach upper-floor glass from the ground where it is safe and the windows are clear of obstructions, so we often clean a whole house without ladders. The water dries clear and leaves no spotting, which is why poled glass comes up clean.
Access decides a lot. Flats above ground level, or homes where a balcony, locked side gate or parked car blocks the run, may limit how much exterior glass we can do. Communal stairwell windows and anything very high get quoted after we have seen the property, and skylights or awkward access are priced separately.
One-off or regular cleans
Both are fine. A one-off clean suits a move-out, an end of tenancy, or a property going up for viewings, and it is often booked alongside a full clean. A regular round keeps the glass clear through the year, and we agree a sensible interval with you, usually somewhere between monthly and quarterly depending on how exposed your windows are.
Regular customers get a set price per visit, told to you before we start, with no surprise add-ons later.

We can do either. A lot of customers book both sides, and we bring the interior glass to a streak-free finish while washing the reachable exterior panes. If you only want the outside done, say so and we will price it that way.
From the ground, a pure-water pole reaches most upper-floor windows on a standard house where the glass is clear and the footing is safe. Anything beyond that, or very high windows, we quote once we have seen the property.
Ground-floor flats are simple. For flats above ground, or where a balcony or locked access blocks the way, the exterior reach can be limited. We will tell you what we can clean from a safe position before you book.
Yes. A standard clean wipes the frames, the sills and the runner tracks alongside the glass. Heavy paint or building residue is a different, deeper job, so mention it in advance and we will factor it into the price.
Of course. One-off cleans are common for move-outs and viewings, and there is no obligation to set up anything ongoing. If you later want a regular slot, we can arrange a fixed price per visit at an interval that suits the windows.
Light rain does not affect the result, because clean glass washed with pure water still dries clear. We only reschedule for heavy storms or high winds that make poles or any height work unsafe, and we would ring you first if that is the case.
