You get a written checklist, fixed visit days and one monthly figure. The figure depends on the floor area, how many washrooms, kitchens and stairwells are on the list, how often we attend, and access rules such as alarm codes or out-of-hours entry. We walk the site before we quote.

The monthly figure comes from the walk-round: the floor area, the rooms on the checklist, the visit frequency and the access. It stays fixed until the scope changes, and any change is re-quoted in writing before the next invoice.

Contract cleaning for offices and communal blocks
Contract cleaning is cleaning on a fixed schedule under a written agreement: the same checklist, the same visit days and one monthly price, from £199 a month. It suits buildings that need cleaning every week, such as offices, the communal parts of a block of flats and managed buildings with shared entrances.
Everything we agree goes on paper before the first visit. That covers the checklist, the visit days, who supplies consumables and the notice either side gives.
Contract or hourly office cleaning
If you are not sure which fits, start with hourly office cleaning and move to a contract once the pattern is clear.

Communal areas in blocks of flats
In a block the work is the shared parts: entrance halls, stairs and landings, lifts, glass entrance doors and the bin store. Visit days stay fixed, so residents and the managing agent know when the stairs are being done, and the checklist can include monthly jobs such as high dusting or washing down the bin store.
The site walk-round
Before we quote we walk the building with you. We look at the floor area and the floor types, the washrooms and kitchens, the stairwells, the access arrangements and anything that needs special care. The written quote that follows puts the checklist and the visit days next to the monthly price.
Cover and changes during the contract
You have one named contact. When your regular cleaner is off sick or on leave, your contact sends cover who works from the same checklist, at no extra charge.
If you take on another floor, lose a tenant or want an extra visit through the winter, tell us and we re-quote that part in writing. The new rate starts once you have agreed it.
Soap, paper and bin liners
Either side can supply them. Some clients want us to keep soap, toilet roll, hand towels and bin liners topped up and add them to the invoice; others buy their own and we restock from their cupboard. The quote says which, so the monthly figure holds.
