The service, in plain terms
A recurring cleaning contract for offices, communal blocks and managed properties, run to an agreed checklist and frequency so standards stay consistent between visits.
- Scope and frequency agreed up front after a site visit
- Communal areas, washrooms and shared touch points cleaned
- Carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped each visit
- Bins emptied and waste bagged for collection
- A named point of contact and consistent scheduling
What a cleaning contract gives you
You get the same standard every visit, billed at one predictable rate from £199 a month. We agree a checklist with you, set how often we attend, and clean to that list each time so nobody has to chase or check. The monthly figure is fixed for the work we agree, and we tell you what changes it before you sign.
Most clients move to a contract because ad-hoc bookings get patchy. A fixed schedule sorts that.
- An agreed checklist that both sides hold a copy of
- Visits on set days, so staff and residents know when to expect us
- One invoice a month, not a stack of one-off charges
- Someone who knows your site rather than a fresh face each week
How a contract is scoped and priced
We price on what the site actually needs, not a flat headline. Floor area, how many rooms or communal areas, the frequency you want, and any access rules all feed into the figure. A small office cleaned twice a week sits near the £199 starting point. A large block with daily attendance costs more, and we show you why.
After a quick look round, we send a written quote with the checklist and frequency on it. The price holds for the scope we agreed.
Cover, consistency and a named contact
You get one person to ring, and they know your building. If the regular cleaner is off sick or on leave, we send cover who works to the same checklist, so the standard does not slip while they are away. Nothing on your list gets skipped because one person is out.
- A named contact for day-to-day questions
- Trained cover when your usual cleaner is away
- The same checklist followed by whoever attends
Scaling or changing the contract later
Buildings change, and the contract can change with them. If you take on another floor, lose a tenant, or want an extra visit through winter, tell us and we will re-quote that part. We confirm any new rate in writing first, so the next invoice never surprises you.
You can step frequency up or down as need shifts, and we will not lock you into a level that stopped fitting months ago.
