What office cleaning covers
A typical office clean covers the spaces your staff and visitors actually touch every day. We agree a checklist with you first, then the same team works through it on each visit so nothing gets skipped. Desks get wiped, bins emptied, hard floors swept and mopped, carpets vacuumed, and shared surfaces cleaned down.
The exact list is yours. Some clients want meeting rooms and a reception kept sharp for visitors, while others care most about the open-plan desks and the kitchen, so we build the scope around how your space is used.
- Desks, hot-desks and shared work surfaces wiped
- Bins emptied and liners replaced
- Carpets vacuumed; hard floors swept and mopped
- Reception, meeting rooms and breakout areas cleaned
- Touch points such as door handles, light switches and lift buttons
Cleaning around your working hours
We fit the clean around your day rather than the other way round. Most offices prefer an early morning slot before staff arrive, or an evening one after they leave, so the work is done while the place is quiet and the desks are ready when people sit down.
If you run shifts or keep odd hours, tell us and we will find a window that works. The schedule is agreed in advance and stays consistent, so you always know which days the team is in and roughly when.
Washrooms, kitchens and the floors
Washrooms and kitchens get the closest attention, because they are where standards show first. Toilets, sinks, taps and mirrors are cleaned and disinfected, surfaces wiped, and floors mopped. In the kitchen we clear and wipe the worktops, sort the bins and keep the sink and the front of the appliances clean.
Floors are done to suit what you have. Hard floors are swept and mopped, carpets are vacuumed, and we can plan periodic deeper work such as a machine scrub or a carpet clean when a routine visit alone is not enough.
Getting a fixed scope and price
Pricing starts from £27 an hour, and we tell you the rate and the likely hours before you commit, so the figure you agree is the figure you pay. A small office on a weekly visit takes far less time than a busy floor cleaned daily, and the quote reflects that.
We will walk the space, listen to what matters to you, and put the agreed checklist and frequency in writing. No hidden add-ons land later.
