Parking and access on move-out day

The terraced streets near the station and the campus sit in resident-permit zones (Avenham, Deepdale and the city centre among them) so for a student house we use a visitor or tradesman permit, or load in and out on a plan. Out in Fulwood, Penwortham and Cottam there are driveways and unrestricted streets, so the van is at the door. There is no London ULEZ and no charging clean-air zone in Preston, so nothing extra for the van.
