Big houses, split into flats — the Ealing check-out
Ealing earned the Queen of the Suburbs name back in 1902 for its large Edwardian and Victorian houses, and a lot of those houses are now split into flats. Parking and access on move-out day
Much of Ealing is controlled parking, and the council recently moved visitor parking onto PayByPhone — there are no paper scratchcards now. You (or we) pay for the bay by the hour through the app, with the resident’s account set up first, so it is worth sorting before the day. On the bigger Ealing avenues there is often space outside anyway.
