Areas we cover in Greenwich

Postcode areas: SE3, SE7, SE9, SE10, SE18, SE28.

  • Greenwich

The SE10 town centre sits within the Maritime Greenwich UNESCO site, beside Greenwich Park, with Georgian and Victorian houses and conversion flats. Original sash windows, cornicing and timber floors all take a clerk’s eye, so we set aside extra time and sort parking in the tight conservation streets first.

  • Greenwich Peninsula

New-build towers ring The O2 in SE10, served by North Greenwich on the Jubilee line. Modern flats hand back on the details: limescale on chrome and glass, integrated ovens and balcony doors, so we arrange concierge access and a loading bay to keep the team moving through the block.

  • Woolwich

Royal Arsenal Riverside flats define the SE18 waterfront, now linked by the Elizabeth line and DLR. These newer riverside homes turn on a clerk’s check of limescale, integrated appliances and floor-to-ceiling glazing, so we confirm concierge and loading access before the team arrives with the kit.

  • Blackheath

SE3 holds Georgian and Victorian terraces inside the 1967 conservation area, many split into period flats. Sash windows, original cornicing and timber floors are exactly what an inventory clerk lingers over, so we give the detail a slower, careful pass and plan parking on the protected streets.

  • Charlton

Jacobean Charlton House, one of London’s finest, anchors SE7, with Victorian terraces and interwar semis across the rest of the area. The houses bring more rooms, fitted ovens and worn carpets to cover than a flat, so the kitchen and bathrooms, where the deposit goes, take priority.

  • Eltham

SE9 is home to Eltham Palace, a medieval hall with Art Deco interiors, set among 1930s suburban semis. Metroland houses like these carry original windows, fitted kitchens and several rooms to bring up to report standard, so we plan the day around the spaces a clerk weighs most heavily.

  • Kidbrooke

Kidbrooke Village new-builds in SE3 and SE9 replaced the former Ferrier Estate. The modern flats hand back on limescale across glass and chrome, integrated ovens and large windows, and with parking controlled across the development we sort access and a loading point before starting.

  • Plumstead

Victorian terraces step up the slope above Plumstead Common in SE18, a good share let as shared houses. A check-out here often covers several bedrooms plus a communal kitchen and bathroom on one inventory, and the period sash windows and skirtings add to the clerk’s detail list.

  • Thamesmead

The SE28 riverside estate is largely managed by Peabody, a mix of 1960s social housing and newer blocks. Communal stairs and walkways show wear, and the flats often hand back with tired carpets and a fitted oven, so we cover the shared routes as well as the rooms inside.

  • Maze Hill

Period housing fills the streets between Greenwich Park and Westcombe Park in SE10. The Victorian and Edwardian homes bring sash windows, original floors and several rooms to detail, so we set the schedule by the kitchen and bathroom and the careful work the older fabric needs.

End of tenancy cleaning in Greenwich from £156, from the Peninsula and Kidbrooke new-builds to the period terraces of Blackheath, with a free 48-hour re-clean if the check-out flags our work.

A borough of new-builds, and what they catch

Greenwich has put up more new homes in the last decade than almost anywhere in London, the Peninsula at North Greenwich, Kidbrooke Village on the old Ferrier estate, and Royal Arsenal Riverside over in Woolwich are thousands of flats between them. In a new-build the check-out is all about water and surfaces: limescale and spotting on the glass shower screens and chrome, grease inside the integrated ovens, and the marks that show up on white quartz worktops.

The older Greenwich is a different clean. The Georgian and Victorian terraces around the town centre and Blackheath sit in conservation areas, so it is sash windows, dust on cornicing, worn carpet and the soot around the period fireplaces. We match the clean to the place, new or old.

  • Limescale and water spotting on glass screens and chrome in the new-builds
  • Marks and film on white quartz worktops and integrated ovens
  • Sash windows, cornice dust and fireplace soot in the Blackheath and Greenwich terraces
  • Worn carpet and oven grease in the ex-council estates

What it costs in Greenwich

A studio starts at £156, a one-bed at £207, a two-bed at £243, a three-bed at £339 and a four-bed at £425 for a standard end of tenancy clean. Carpets are the usual add-on.

Local quotes here are all over the place. You’ll see studios from about £129 and three-beds quoted anywhere up to £400-plus once VAT and materials are added in. Our from-price is the price: no VAT bolted on at the end, and no surcharge for a Peninsula tower over a Blackheath flat. Send the postcode and room count and we confirm it.

The from-price is the price.

Parking and access on move-out day

Much of the borough is controlled parking, and Greenwich runs on-street visitor parking as virtual sessions you book online. You book online against the van’s registration, and depending on the zone a session covers four hours or a full day. There is plenty of allowance, so covering a full-flat clean is no problem; set one up for the slot and we park by the door.

For the Peninsula and Woolwich new-builds the team can also come in on the Jubilee line or the Elizabeth line and work from the lift. The whole borough is inside the ULEZ. Tell us the building and parking position when you book.

We clean to the report

The Greenwich High Road agents (Winkworth, Hamptons and Marsh & Parsons all sit along it) check out against an itemised clerk’s report, and the build-to-rent and managed blocks on the Peninsula are stricter still. We clean against the report line by line: the glass and quartz in the new flats, the sash windows and fireplaces in the period houses.

Send the check-out report or the check-in inventory with the booking and the clean follows it.

FAQ

Do you cover all of Greenwich?

Yes, across SE3, SE7, SE9, SE10, SE18 and SE28, from Greenwich and the Peninsula to Blackheath, Charlton, Eltham, Woolwich, Kidbrooke and Plumstead. Send your postcode to confirm the earliest slot.

Do you clean new-build quartz worktops and glass screens?

Yes. They’re the main thing the check-out catches in the Peninsula, Kidbrooke and Royal Arsenal flats. White quartz shows every mark and the glass screens hold limescale, so both get the time they need rather than a quick wipe.

How does parking work for the clean?

Greenwich uses virtual visitor parking booked online, in four-hour or full-day sessions depending on the zone. Set one up for the slot and we park near the door, or come in on the Jubilee or Elizabeth line. Let us know the address up front.

Is carpet cleaning included?

Carpets are vacuumed as standard. A deep carpet clean is an add-on, worth it when your check-in inventory recorded the carpets as cleaned, common in the period houses and ex-council flats. We’ll say if your report doesn’t call for it.
