Mansion blocks, lifts and access
One thing worth sorting early in this borough: the period mansion blocks. Places like Hamlet Gardens and Phoenix Lodge Mansions are handsome but they come with one small, slow lift (or none) and communal-access rules about when trades can be in. Getting the kit up to a third-floor flat takes planning, so the more notice you give us the better the slot we can hold.
On parking: the borough is mostly controlled zones, and visitor parking is fully digital now — virtual permits through the RingGo app rather than paper scratchcards, in 15-minute blocks you can extend.
