Where Camden deposits actually go
Camden is mostly flats, and which kind of flat decides where a check-out clerk spends their time. The Georgian terraces around Bloomsbury and Primrose Hill, and the Victorian conversions running up through Kentish Town, Belsize Park and Hampstead, are old stock with old kitchens. That means oven grease, worn carpet on the stairs, and the fiddly period bits a clerk likes to mark: sash-window bars, cornicing and deep skirting that hold dust.
